1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using cliplogic.pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

ClipLogic provides an AI-driven video editing and augmentation service. We analyze existing content provided or specified by the User to generate high-performance short-form videos ("Supercuts") and AI-enhanced visual assets.

3. Glamour Shot Selection

Our Service includes a "Glamour Shot Selection" feature. This process utilizes advanced AI and computer vision to extract, enhance, and synthesize high-resolution still images from the provided video source. These assets are intended to serve as first-frame hooks or promotional thumbnails.

Augmentation: You acknowledge that Glamour Shots may include AI-driven enhancements to lighting, composition, and clarity while maintaining the authentic likeness of the subject.
Selection: Users are provided with multiple variations and are responsible for selecting the final asset used in their supercuts.

4. Content Ownership & Licensing

Upon full payment of Service fees, ClipLogic grants the User an exclusive, perpetual, and royalty-free license to the final Supercuts and selected Glamour Shots generated for their account. ClipLogic retains the right to use sanitized, non-identifying metrics for internal AI training and Service improvement.

5. Usage Restrictions

You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties. ClipLogic reserves the right to terminate access for violates of these policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

ClipLogic provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are Final. No Refunds.

Due to the immediate allocation of AI compute resources and specialized neural processing required to generate your high-fidelity Supercuts and localized variations, we do not offer refunds once a transaction is initiated.
